Email us at support@mlvchocolate.com with your order number and reason (optional). We typically process refunds within 5–7 business days.

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible unless required by local law.

4. Subscription Charges

If MLV™ is offered as a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time before the next billing date. No refunds will be provided for partially used billing periods.
